Delivery times, shipping costs, in-store collection and the returns procedure.
Collection in store
Free, at Paperback Exchange, Via delle Oche 4R, 50122 Florence. Open Monday to Saturday, 10:00-19:00. We email you as soon as the order is ready.
Timings
In-stock titles: dispatched within 24/48 working hours. To-order titles: roughly 2-3 weeks. If an order mixes both, you can choose a single shipment once everything is ready or a separate shipment of what is already in stock.
Costs
Costs are calculated from the weight of the books and the destination and shown in the basket before payment. Any free-shipping threshold is displayed at checkout.
Returns
Besides the right of withdrawal, returns are free if a book arrives wrong, damaged or faulty: write to us within 14 days of delivery and we arrange collection or replacement.
