Please carefully review your purchase before approving the final payment information. Once the payment information has been entered and finalized by a customer, we won’t be able to amend or cancel the order.

Products purchased at Paperback Exchange (www.papex.it) are eligible for returns within 14 days of reception of the shipment.

Products must be in the same condition as received and with no damage.

If you want to submit a Return Form, please fulfill the form at the end of this page and send it to customerservice@papex.it.

You can also contact us for any further information on our returns policy before sending back the products.

Please be aware that products must be sent back within 14 days of your Return Form submission which will be confirmed by our staff.

Outside the 14 day-limit products will not be eligible for return.

Once we receive the returned products, we will then process your refund.

The refund will be processed with the same payment method you chose for your original purchase within 7 working days.

The refund will include the 100% of the price of the products.

Kindly note that the shipping fees for the shipment of your order will not be reimbursed.
